Welcome to Words by Catherine Prutton – your destination for heartfelt poem prints that make meaningful, unique gifts. Each poem is crafted with love, inspired by the magic and mess of everyday life—capturing moments of joy, pain, humour, and human connection.

I began by handwriting each and every poem in good old pen and ink but as it grew I found a way to create my prints digitally. I'm still able to do them in my own handwriting (I occasionally get asked if it's a font - and I'm always so proud to say it's not!), while being able to offer them on a bigger scale. 

I write poetry to help you feel seen—to remind you that you're not alone in navigating life’s ups and downs. Whether you’re marking a milestone, comforting a loved one, or simply adding inspiration to your home, my original poetry prints are designed to bring comfort and encouragement, with a little bit of humour thrown in too.
